You need :

-Cheat Engine (the last version)

-database (from the download button)

How to use it :

1.Buy 20-30 (or more) City Portals to trade for the SPI.

2.Search for the City Portal in the DATABASE (press CTRL+F and write Express City Return Portal).

3.Copy the "ItemNum" of the City Portal.The ItemNum is the Item ID.

4.In the Cheat Engine search for the Item ID.

5.Select all adresses that you find and copy them to the adress list.

6.Search for seed/chrome/aluminium (or any other mineral or item) and copy the Item ID.

7.Change the valus of the adresses in the adress list to the ID of the seed/chrome/aluminium (or any other mineral or item).

8.Sell your City Portals and cash in !
